No. Only some of our roles need you to be fully fluent in Welsh, so if you don’t speak Welsh this doesn’t automatically mean you can’t apply.
You will need to meet a certain level of Welsh language ability, but it will depend on what role you’re applying for. Some roles require ‘courtesy level’ Welsh, whilst others require greater levels of fluency. Information about the level of Welsh language skills required for a role and how they will be assessed can be found in the job description.
